Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Our books are sent from our distribution centre located in Norway with UPS, DHL or national postal services by air mail within 2-4 days. If your order is returned due to a wrong address or because the package was not picked up, we will reimburse the cost of the books minus the shipping cost and a handling fee of 100NOK / 10USD. If you had free shipping on your order, a shipping fee of 73kr/7USD will be deducted from the refunded amount. We write your address on the package exactly as you entered it on our website.

"Free shipping": Delivery within 3-5 business days in Norway, 5-10 business day in Denmark and Sweden.  In some areas, or busy periodes, it may take up to 7 days in Norway and 12 days in Denmark and Sweden.​​​​

International shipping (Outside Scandinavia): Our distribution center will be able to provide a tracking number 7 days after you ordered your books upon request. Shipping time varies depending on destination and this is out of our control.

 

Check if your country charges import taxes on books.

 

You may also buy our books on Adlibris in Sweden and in B&W directly on your national Amazon website (.com, .ca, .fr, etc.). ​

Return

You can return your order within 14 days and get your money refunded minus handling fees. You do not get a refund for the original shipping cost and you need to cover the return shipping cost. If you selected "free shipping" we will deduct a 73kr shipping fee on every refund in Scandinavia and 100kr for international orders. The returned items shall be unused and not damaged. The refund will take place within 7 days after we have received the returned items.
